Description
I am dual board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in rheumatology and internal medicine. I hold an active license in the state of Michigan, where I have a full-time office-based practice and provide hospital consultations. I graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in biology from the University of Michigan. I received my medical degree from the Ohio State University College of Medicine and completed my residency in internal medicine at St. Vincent-Indianapolis. I remained at St. Vincent as a teaching faculty member, before going on to complete my fellowship in rheumatology at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. I am a multiple award-winning physician and a clinical assistant professor at Michigan State University, as well as a fellow of the American College of Rheumatology. I have spent thousands of hours discussing disease pathology, treatment options, and potential outcomes with patients, medical students, resident physicians, and other specialists. I offer my expertise to help guide you in a thorough, unbiased perspective regarding rheumatological matters.
