I am an Otolaryngologist-Head and Neck Surgeon practiced in academic medical centers and affiliated. I am trained in the full spectrum of diseases of the ear, nose, and throat, I am specialized in cancer surgery of the head and neck, oral cavity, paranasal sinuses, throat, and larynx. I have extensive experience in the management of skin cancer. I developed the surgical method for voice restoration after laryngectomy andI am an experienced reconstructive surgeon. I have provided IME’s for ENT.
Description
I adhere to the AMA Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment, sixth edition and am referenced in the section on laryngectomy impairment. I have worked with a number of attorneys over the last 30 years in medical legal matters which constitute the bulk of my testimonies. I have had a long career in Otolaryngology that spans academic medicine, endowed distinguished professor of Otolaryngology, as well as a number of years in private and foundation medical group practice. I am fully qualified to work as an independent medical examiner with my long experience in the field of ear, nose, and throat diseases.
