Description
Dr. Ssemanda graduated from the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University and completed her psychiatry residency at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She is a Board-Certified psychiatrist with training in all aspects of psychiatry and public health. With a Ph.D. in Epidemiology from the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health and a Master's in Medical Science from Brown University, she has extensive experience with clinical trials and systematic reviews. Her unique background in public health, combined with her psychiatric expertise, gives her an in-depth understanding of the multitude of factors in civil litigation cases. Dr. Ssemanda is currently an Attending Psychiatrist and CEO at the New U Psychiatry PLLC. She is also a blogger, podcast host, medical intuitive, and mental health and wellness advocate.
