He sat for his Addiction Medicine examination more than 50 years after he began medical school. He is a Distinguished Life Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and Massachusetts Psychiatric Society, Instructor in the Harvard Law School Trial Advocacy Workshop. Former Harvard Medical School Instructor and Cornell University Alumnus. Diplomate, American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) with Certifications in Psychiatry Addiction Psychiatry Diplomate, American Board of Preventive Medicine Certification in Addiction Medicine Geriatric Psychiatry (ABPN) Forensic Psychiatry (ABPN) Five active Board Certifications with five decades of increasing breadth and depth of expertise.
