Retired US Navy Captain with experiences as hospital department chief, Naval Reserve hospital commanding officer, and Director of Health Services (New England), as well as Chief Medical Officer for Office of CHAMPUS (TRICARE) 9. Chief Medical Officer for three national managed health care corporations (Preferred Health Care Ltd, Consortium Health Plans, Inc., and Magellan Health Services, Inc. 10.
