7 Years of experience in hemp and marijuana I have experience in providing opinions in both State and Federal Court. My mix of industry experience and education make me uniquely qualified to address many types of issues within Marijuana and Hemp industries. I can articulate an educated clear opinion in many areas of the hemp and marijuana industries involving cultivation, equipment, infrastructure, and the broader hemp market. I entered the marijuana industry in early 2015 when several partners and I created a commercial marijuana supply and consulting company SGA. SGA provided commercial grow equipment and indoor grow facility design and consulting services. In late 2016, I transitioned to commercial cultivation of feminized Cannabis Sativa L. (hemp) seed which is high CBD low THC strains of cannabis. I personally have designed and built or consulted on indoor grow facilities that range from a small 600 square feet of grow space to 6,500 square feet multi room breeding facilities. These designs included lighting layout, and all related equipment including cooling/heating, air flow, lighting, lighting controls and irrigation. I have been hands-on in outdoor, indoor, and greenhouse operations. I have produced over 100,000,000 feminized seeds, 500,000 seedlings, and taken and rooted 25,000 clones in facilities in four states. I continue to work in marijuana industry producing feminized seeds.
