    Description

    As a former US Navy general and trauma surgeon and hand and upper extremity, I have experience with severe burns, infections, blunt and penetrating trauma to the hand and upper extremity. Likewise i treated hand fractures, carpal tunnel syndrome, cubital tunnel syndrome, and congenital hand problems, I am routinely asked to review medical records regarding hand and wrist injuries due to work related accidents and automobile accidents. I am licensed in Arizona, North Carolina and Florida. I am an affiliate professor of Surgery at the University of Arizona College of Medicine and Creighton School of Medicine. I am a professor of surgery at the University of Central Florida. I am certified by the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners. I am Chairman of the continuing certification committee for the American Board of Surgery.
