I am providing critical care medical expert witness and file review services with particular interest in sepsis management and resuscitation of critically ill or arresting patients. As a student I earned honors designation in multiple rotations and Alpha Omega Alpha designation. As a resident I was repeatedly identified by my peers as a top resident in teaching and clinical skill. I am Board Certified in both critical care medicine and internal medicine by the ABIM. I formerly worked as an intensivist for 9 years in a community hospital that is part of the largest hospital network in Minnesota, and currently work as a hospitalist for a medium sized community hospital. Further, I've led sepsis and resuscitation committees achieving award-winning patient outcome results within the state and nationally, both at my local hospital and within the larger network. Under my leadership as Medical Director, we implemented evidence-based best practices in multiple areas that led to system-best ventilator and ICU LOS times. I have also been a member of multiple peer-review committees and conducted hundreds of case reviews, leading their presentation and discussion.
