I have been providing expert services in funeral service, cremation, and cemetery related cases, since 1993, I have consulted on more than 600 matters to date -multi-state. Extensive trial experience. I provide these services nationwide, based in Florida and Nevada. Testimony has included cremation protocol, practice, and standard of care, embalming protocol, practice and standard of care, and funeral home/mortuary/cemetery protocol, operations, and standard of care. Have provided sworn testimony in thirty -four states, six federal court districts, and to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Board. Past president of Los Angeles County Funeral Directors Assn. and former board member of California Funeral Directors Association. Certified by the Conference of Funeral Service Examining Boards, in Funeral Directing and embalming, since 1982 funeral director & embalmer, I personally embalmed thousands of human remains and have personally arranged thousands of funeral services for persons of diverse belief systems. I am Certified in Crematory Operations, by the Cremation Association of North America, 2014 & 2020. I have never failed to qualify as an expert in any jurisdiction. None of my testimony has ever been excluded. Following the merger of my business with an international funeral service concern, I served as Western Chief Operating Officer for that concern. I was responsible for operation of 17 funeral homes, and 3 crematoria. Monthly contributing author, Mortuary Management Magazine, which was published 1914. -2017. Authored in excess of eighty peer-reviewed published articles, read by more than ten thousand funeral service professionals each month.
