Description
Dr. Govil is a licensed physician in active practice with over 20 years experience. He currently serves as a Senior Ranking Physician for the United States Air Force. Dr. Govil is triple board certified in Family Medicine, Aerospace Medicine, and Occupational Medicine. He holds an MPH from Rutgers Unviersity/John’s Hopkins University School of Public Health. Dr. Govil previously worked as a family physician in private practice, caring for a diverse patient population. He continues to work in an urgent care community setting. He also provides telemedicine care in the specialty of family practice. Dr. Govil has significant teaching experience, and serves a faculty member in the United States Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine. Dr. Govil has extensive experience evaluating and opining on workplace injury, disability, and occupational injury cases. He has been called upon to express opinions on disability evaluations, patient impairment, workplace injuries, and fitness for duty.
