Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with doctoral level education. Experience in diverse settings including acute care, outpatient, and extended care facilities. Areas of responsibility have included orthopedic trauma, inpatient hospitalist service, admissions, discharges, palliative care, and transition from emergency department to inpatient care. Director level administrative experience for emergency department, intensive care unit and progressive care units. Six plus years’ experience teaching graduate level nursing students. Have reviewed over a dozen cases as an expert witness and have testified in depositions.
