Description
Keli Heskett is non-biased and will work on plaintiff and defense cases. She is a member of the Emergency Nurses Association, American Association of Critical Care Nurses, International Association of Forensic Nursing, and Air and Surface Transport Nurses Association. She has over 12 years of experience and expertise in adult and pediatric nursing and an additional 15 years in healthcare. She has proven herself in various emergency department settings, from rural, critical access facilities to several Level One Trauma Centers specializing in Stroke and Cardiac care. She recently accepted a position as a Nursing Instructor in a Nursing program, instilling her vast knowledge of emergency medicine and critical care in the next generation of nurses. Additionally, she has experience in Flight Nursing, Clinical Informatics, and an additional Bachelor of Science (Clinical Laboratory Sciences). She has recently completed her Master's in Forensic Nursing, all of which will allow her to evaluate complex cases and effectively communicate the subtle nuisances of the case. Her favorite cases to consider are complex Traumatic Brain Injury cases, an area in medicine she feels passionate about. She holds current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC and is a CEN (Certified Emergency Nurse).
