He specializes in matters involving: the appraisal of corporate jet and turboprop aircraft; diminution-in-value cases resulting from damage to aircraft; aircraft maintenance and repair issues. For 30 years, Keith has appraised aircraft from manufacturers including: Gulfstream; Dassault; Bombardier; Boeing; Lear; Cessna; Bell; Beech; Cirrus; Honda; Piper; Pilatus; Piaggio; Mitsubishi; Hawker; Sikorsky. His client base includes: attorneys; financial institutions; insurance companies; government agencies; public companies; private owners. Keith is recognized by the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) as an Accredited Senior Appraiser (Aviation Specific Discipline). Keith is also accredited by the ASA (ARM-MTS) to formally review aircraft appraisals performed by third-party appraisers for adherence to USPAP standards. When used in litigation, the Appraisal Review provides an objective, critical analysis of the work of another aircraft appraiser. Keith’s aircraft appraisal experience is augmented by over 40-years of multi-discipline aviation experience. This experience includes: aircraft maintenance, inspection, and repair under Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Part 91, 135, & 121; airline flying under FAR Part 135 & 121; aircraft dispatch under FAR Part 121; flight instructing; brokering aircraft; experimental & vintage aircraft operations; consulting in aviation safety and risk management matters. Keith holds the following Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Licenses and Ratings: Airframe & Powerplant Mechanic with Inspection Authorization (A&P IA); Airline Transport Pilot (ATP); Type Ratings: B737, B757, B767, B777, MD11, A350; Aircraft Dispatcher; Flight Instructor (CFI); Flight Engineer (FEJ).
