    Dr. Klapper is board certified and re-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine Cardiovascular Diseases (1998 and 2008). Dr. Klapper has also earned certification for coronary CT angiography. Dr. Klapper has held hospital privileges and medical staff appointments at Cedars Sinai Medical Center as well as several Los Angeles area hospitals. In addition, Dr. Klapper has held hospital privileges at Stanford University Hospital in Palo Alto, CA. Dr. Klapper is in active cardiology practice in central California. Dr. Klapper has been providing opinions as a medical expert since 2003. Dr. Klapper has written two books for the public and has served as the vice chief and chief of medicine at Hazel Hawkins hospital. Dr. Klapper has participated in peer review, insurance coverage for cardiac issues and has provided opinions regarding cardiac problems and service connected veterans.
