John Heinaman is Managing Principal of the Consulting Collaborative West Coast office in Orange County, CA. John has experienced 56 years of working with companies in the glass industry, including a 25 year career with sales and management positions with PPG industries, executive positions with Model Glass Company and 28 years as President and CEO of Heinaman Contract Glazing, with facilities in Lake Forest, CA and Las Vegas, NV. As an entrepreneur starting his business, he has always been a firm believer that the use of a business coach and consultant is a wise investment in improving the function and the results of a business. The business of Heinaman Contract Glazing grew from a small start-up company to having annual revenues of almost $50 million, including a single complex project including custom designed glass and aluminum systems for exterior and interior applications, with a value of $22 million. This work was managed by an on-site team to closely coordinate with the architect, contractor, developer and owner. John served as a member and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the California Glass Association, and the National Glass Association, and Chairman of the NGA Architectural Glazing Committee for many years. He also served as a Trustee of the Union Trust Funds in Los Angeles and Las Vegas. He was selected “Glassman of the Year” in Las Vegas.
