Owner of XMED NP Witness Solutions, LLC. Experienced nurse practitioner with background in family medicine, home health, substance abuse, urgent care, adult medicine, pediatric medicine, and geriatric medicine. Presently in practice with busy primary care office in the Boston area. I have 15 years of health care experience in numerous settings and in many capacities, including medical tech, registered nurse, and advanced practice nurse. I am a graduate of MCPHS University and board certified to practice family medicine as a nurse practitioner by the ANCC. I routinely act as preceptor/clinical instructor for nurse practitioner students. I am an adjunct Professor of pharmacotherapeutics for Endicott College's Nurse Practitioner program. I am currently licensed to practice in the State Massachusetts and in the State of New Hampshire (2022). In addition to direct medical care, I routinely audit charts for best-safe practice and appropriate billing. I frequently participate in meetings for review of safety and implementation of appropriate standards of care. As an expert medical witness, I offer unbiased and rigorous analysis and synthesis of the facts of a given case. I will assess and opine on the standards of care and whether or not these were met. The foundation of my services includes the most up to date peer reviewed literature, tempered by nearly two decades of healthcare experience.
