Description
Dr. Hector Miranda-Grajales is double boarded in PM&R/Interventional Pain Management. He is also a Certified Life Care Planner (CLCP). He is fluent in English/Spanish. He does EMGs/NCS, lumbar and cervical epidurals, radiofrequency ablations, medial nerve branch blocks, spinal cord stimulators, and pumps for chronic pain management. He has experience with workers compensation claims, slip and falls, auto accident claims, peer reviews, and medical malpractice claims. He is skillful at determining causality of mechanism of injury and its correlation to the claimant's clinical presentation. He performs IMEs in Texas; he is licensed in Texas and Florida.
