I am a practicing emergency medicine physician in Texas. I am board certified in emergency medicine by the American Board of Emergency Medicine and have been practicing emergency medicine since 2013. I attended the Baylor College of Medicine on a full academic scholarship, graduating to the University of Chicago where I completed my specialty training in emergency medicine and have been practicing in Texas ever since. I have experience treating patients in major hospitals, freestanding emergency rooms, on ambulances and on commercial and helicopter critical care air transports. I have served on the board of directors for the Illinois College of Emergency Physicians, for an EMS agency in Rochester, NY, as well as for a freestanding emergency medicine group in Texas. I serve on the ethics committee for multiple hospitals in Austin, TX. I currently practice at one of the largest and busiest hospitals in Austin, Texas as well as freestanding emergency rooms in the area, serving as the medical director for Ally Emergency Room in Round Rock. I also serve as an assistant professor at the Texas A&M University School of Medicine. I have experience supervising nurse practitioners, medical students, other physicians, medical residents, nurses and other staff members. I have had experience serving on both the defense and plaintiff side for medical malpractice cases.
